Internship Opportunities:

Internship opportunities depend on the need of Zero Waste Humboldt, and the interest of the applicant. Internship credit may be available depending on your department requirements.

  • Organizing regular Clothing Swaps

  • Managing the Mug Library at the Arcata Farmer’s market

  • Creating merchandise, such as patches, or creating a T-shirt design and organizing a screen printing workshop

  • Event tabling and other outreach

  • Creating curriculum and activities for class presentations

  • Plastic Bag Ban research

  • Community/business waste survey or audits
